Recipe for Mock Apple Cobbler
Recipe Ingredients:
a sliced apple
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 packet of Stevia
Melba Toasts (2), crushed (Classic flavor suggested)
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 packet Stevia
Take your sliced apple and toss it with the first packet of Stevia and the first 1/8 tsp of cinnamon. Get out a microwave safe place and arrange the cinnamon and Stevia covered apples on it. Sprinkle your Melba Toasts, 2nd 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 2nd packet of Stevia on top of the apples. Put it in the microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes.
